What are the parking arrangements?
We have full use of the Ayr Racecourse parking facilities and, if this becomes full, we have the use of extensive parking in Craigie Road just opposite the Western House Hotel. Please however, do not park in the Tesco car park next door as this has a 3-hour limit.
Will I have to pay for car parking?
No, parking will be free on both days of the show.
What disabled parking space is available?
There will be a signposted section to disabled/permit parking area immediately opposite the entrance to the racecourse show area at Gate C.
Can I just pay at the gate with a credit or debit card?

What sort of food will be on offer?
How much is entry to the Show?
Tickets are £5 per person with those under 16 free if accompanied by an adult.
Is there a concessions price?
Unfortunately there is no concessions price, however if a carer is accompanying someone with a disability admission is on a signle basis.
Can I bring a dog?
Unfortunately there is a strict no dog rule in the Racecourse other that assisted dogs.
Is there disabled access?
As the Racecourse is mostly flat ground there is good access for those in wheelchairs or those needing any help.
What should I do if there is an emergency?
In the event of an Emergency you will be directed by broadcasts, security staff and stewards of what to do.
What if I need information on site?
Any steward should be able to provide an answer to most questions concerning the Show; however, if you are unable to get the response required please go to the information desk in the Ayrshire suite. Here you will find a member of the office team who will be able to assist.
Where should I go if my child is lost?
For Lost Children please contact someone at the information desk in the Ayrshire Suite.
What are the opening times?
Can I smoke at the Show?
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in any marquee, tent or any enclosed space, within the Show Ground.
Are there any toilets on site?
Toilets are strategically positioned around the Show Ground in the Ayrshire suite, Princess Royal Suite and the large marquee – just ask a steward if you need any help.
